The rooms and restaurants and bar felt very warm. Elevators were out and our room was on the 4th floor. Couldn’t sleep due to warm room.
Great place to stay for family! Everything was absolutely great here! The only thing was there was a dead baby bat on our patio but we were never out there so it didn't bother us.
Loved this resort, and the rooms are AMAZING and CLEAN
My family loved the lagoon scenery, Mexican restaurant, pool and fireworks
We attended the freedom fest for the 4th of July. They did a great job of keeping COVID precautions while also giving guests a wonderful fireworks show. People wore their masks and maintained social distance.
heck with the property about COVID restrictions ! Certainly not the property’s fault.... but I wish HDC was updates on how many of the amenities would be REDUCED OPERATION or not available at all. Sadly, it was a ghost town in light of the pandemic.
