Chris and staff were always ready to answer all my questions quickly and completely no matter what they were. Chris was very attentive and responsive to all of my questions I had throughout the entire loan and pre-approval process. He never minded also taking the time to talk to my parents and get us all on the same page about the loan process when we were not very clear. I never felt like a bother with my endless questions and emails. I felt very supported throughout the entire process and I know my parents were just as thankful for the help and advice.
