We really gave Chuck a challenge with our timeline for closing on our first home purchase. Of course, he was up for it and exceeded our expectations! Chuck was amazing! He was very timely and always made sure everything was processed and explained in full detail! I would recommend him highly, you won't regret it! I know it seems improbable that someone would get 5 stars on everything but Chuck is that good. I have been a real estate investor for 25 years and no one has come anywhere close to the job he did for us. We made settlement in 28 days. There is no one better.

Chuck was incredible. He was very upfront and honest from the start. He will take any phone call/text to help out whether it is after hours or on the weekend. This was our first time buying home and Chuck explained the entire process to us (sometimes twice) with a lot of patience. We were able to close on our house in just 32 days with two holidays in between. It felt as if we were his only client. We would recommend Chuck to anyone. Thanks for all of your hard work!
