We purchased our first home through guaranteed rate and chuck was the lead guy. It could not have been a better experience!! He is professional, knowledgeable, overall a fantastic guy! I would highly recommended him to anyone that is looking to buy a home. His team is on top of things as well, which made the whole process very enjoyable...

I contacted Mr. Chuck DeLangis from a friend referral. The very first conversation he placed me at immediate ease. I explained My husband and I were recently married and this would be our first home purchase. I told him we knew NOTHING about the process. Chuck explained every part of the process in detail. Chuck and his team were extremely helpful to me in assisting me with purchasing my first home. My wife and I were very ignorant about the process, terminology, and policies/procedures involved in securing a mortgage. Chuck was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions in a very timely fashion. He and his team responded to e-mails and phone messages (even after business hours) and were always polite and positive. I am a first time home owner and to be honest I was vey overwhelmed. Chuck did such a great job guiding me along, despite all of my special circumstances. Chuck is the man he with you every step of the way, very helpful guy I could call on him almost anytime of the day he explained every little part and detail to make me understand how this whole process works. When chuck says you approved then you are he makes it smooth as possible. I would tell the world about chuck if I could because he does his job very very well and to me he is the best.

Couldn't have been happier with Chuck. He was a great resource for a first time buyer All questions were answered quickly and his passion to help his clients really shows. Time of day or day of week does not matter to this man. Only customer satisfaction!
