I have bought several houses and Chuck I will recommend to friends and family. He did an outstanding job. He kept everyone updated on the status of the process which was very pleasing to all parties. I would highly recommend him to close friends. He was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He had an open door policy and was always accepting of phone calls. He would always return phone calls, emails, and texts almost immediately. Our realtor was also very impressed with his services and how quickly he responded to her as well which also impressed as well as our realtor has many years in the business and has worked with a lot of finance officers.

Chuck DeLangis provided excellent service when I applied for my first refinance. He always responded to my phone calls almost immediately, even on holidays. He kept me up-to-date with the rates and other informative guidance. I felt very comfortable with his salesmanship throughout the whole process. Mr. DeLangis was absolutely wonderful! I was very nervous about the process of purchasing a home but Chuck walked me through each step. He ALWAYS responded to my numerous calls, etc. in a very timely manner. I had a unique situation as to qualifying for a mortgage loan but he was able to make it work! I will definitely work with Mr. DeLangis again if I ever need to. I am very thankful for his hard work on getting me into my new home!
