From the first conversation I had with Darrell, he told me exactly what would happen and when. He delivered what he said. Darrell never mislead nor changed his service agreement. On a personal level - although I never met Darrell in person, he was very attentive to my life situations happening when I was closing on a second home during a pandemic.
