Troy was knowledgeable and upfront with what the process would be and gave an accurate estimate of the cost. The only issue I had was that someone on the team changed the my home owners insurance to Churchill mortgage right after I applied for the loan (and had not even decided to move forward with the loan), which caused my current lender to have a few issues. Fortunately, escrow closed before there was a big problem.
