Michael was great. He did everything he could to get things done quickly and smoothly under an enormous time crunch. We are super grateful. What was NOT great were his team members. We received multiple emails from different people requesting the same document or requesting documents that had already been loaded (or we were told would be loaded) in the Churchill portal. It would be great if everyone at Churchill was on the same page regarding documentation and where it is.
