Joey was great, he stayed in touch through the process and give some good advice which made me feel comfortable doing business with him. Really the only thing, and it was a big deal, was the miss in our paperwork which set our closing date back 4 days. If it weren't for our builder being generous and giving us early occupancy, we would have had to live in a hotel for the holiday weekend.
