Nothing Chris could have done. He and Matt were great. However getting closing costs was a bit of an ordeal. We had to push really hard to get an accurate cost. I think this could be improved. We initially were quoted 5,000 (which is what is came out to be close to, in fact we owed nothing and everything worked out in the end) but then we were being told we would need to bring thousands on top of that, eventually it came down to not calculating the tax properly for Ohio.
