If I had it to do over again, I'd insist my pre-approval letter be more realistic and the inspection be just as mandatory as the appraisal.

Everything from my very first call when I said, I’ve never done this before and I don’t really know anything... Morgan was very helpful, often anticipated what I needed or questions I had. He sent videos which helped, since being out of state I couldn’t meet him. My Real Estate Agent commented at closing yesterday that he was the first out of state lender she has worked with that was great to work with!
