Service, response, timeliness of work done by Scott and his team were great. The only thing I did not like, and it is in direct contradiction to Dave Ramsey’s philosophy, is that when I asked about fees, costs, etc., I could not get a straightforward answer, you kinda beat around the bush and just didn’t tell me how much it was going to cost. For that, I reduced your marks a bit. Other than than, Scott Mosher team did a great job.
