I am thunderstruck, they are closing the pool. I hope not, since we need the pool for many reasons. It will be arduous, to find another swimming a pool, nearby.

Energy fridge broken, asked if I can get a cup of ice since there shitty fridge don't work and they nope!!! this gym is ass plus unfriendly staff , smh
I'm writing this because I had one of the most frustrating experiences at Chuze Fitness today, and management really needs to address what's going on at the front desk. As I was walking in with my son, the staff told me I needed to do a buddy pass for him. No problem -- I followed their instructions exactly. What's the point of paying premium is the lift lab is held open with a zip tie and poorly managed?

There have been rare occasions, where the scanner malfunctioned and we allowed the door to remain open for all members to use for that short duration. We apologize for any confusion or inconveninece. Extremely disappointed with the recent experience at Chuze Fitness. I've been a loyal member for years and have always brought my son with me--never had a single issue. Suddenly, over the last two days, the front desk staff decided to enforce a policy out of nowhere, and they did it with a completely unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. Their Pool! - I liked it but - their floor tile was unkempt and u don't even want to step foot on their tiles, extremely dirty i'm not trying to be mean or disrespect the location but I wasn't expecting it to be so muddy and it was my first time ever. I recently bought a membership at Chuze fitness, I was very excited to see that they had a child care center because I'm a single mom of 2 with a very busy schedule. Usually after every visit my kids always catch me up on how their day went for them, first couple of visits were great, Until one day my youngest kid complained about a worker being very mean to him.
