-This gym is ALWAYS Dirty. -Things are always broken and I understand things break but my god why does it take months to get things fixed. -I lost count on my how times my skin has been irritated after sitting in the steam rooms and saunas because they are filthy. -CHUZE needs to hire a CHUZE police to monitor all the members that don't have the more membership. Hey Chuze fitness needs to step up their game, i mean this gym is literally falling apart, sauna and steam room are never working literally Never. U always have to make line for any machine that u want to use, if ur looking for the 1hr workout a day this is not definitely the rite place. Had to cancel membership and go with LA fitness.

This place is filthy. Something is always broken. The steam rooms and saunas are disgustingly filthy. People without membership sneaking into the sauna and classes with out paying the membership dues. I'm not the chuze police and this center is out of control. The employees are pleasant but be ready because many crowd together and kinda just chill.

Just moved back from San Dimas in March to miss on the opening to the La Verne chuze which I sometimes take the drive because it's new and way better. I had to start using the Cudahy location and it's so stuffy in there , the ventilation is terrible , I've tried going in different times in the day and it's soo packed, I haven't even had a chance to used the entire gym because of how packed it is . I've gone to gyms across California and Arizona. Gyms spanning from hotel gyms to locally owned gyms that care about their customers, but this gym is the worst one I've ever been to. This gym is worst than hotel gyms, worst than crowded school gyms, worst than under-equipped gyms. There is little to nothing redeeming about this gym. Let's start with the positives. This gym has definitely grown in popularity since opening. It is pretty packed at all times, even at 10am on a weekday. I don't come here during busy times and I can't imagine what it looks like at 6pm. I've come here and found every spot in the lot taken and just turned around and gone home. There are lines inside for almost everything and it is difficult to get a full workout in if you aren't patient and willing to wait. This gym has been falling apart for the last 5-6 months. There are machines that have been broken for months. The projector in the cinema room has been down for 3 months now. How hard is it to replace or fix a projector?? Getting equipment back up & running should be priority #1. There are 2-3 step masters that are constantly out of order & never seem to get fixed.
