Wanted to be happy about going to the gym, but after a couple visits don't feel the need to join. Lots of machines, and lots of people just sitting on them taking space during cool down. I get it you need a breather and don't feel like doing a circuit run. Oh wait they have a circuit section! Same thing. I wanted to do a circuit run but you can't as everyone again sits on the machines and no one enforces having the patrons actually use the circuit equipment as intended. The issue is that they don't pay the child care providers enough that's why they don't have enough employees to do that job and satisfy their members who are paying for that service but can't receive it.

This gym unfortunately has been on the downfall. Why I am still here. As many others I am sure. Beats the nearest LA fitness and it's simply the closest by to Cudahy and South Gate communities The turf I almost Sure has never been washed. The treadmills all lack maintenance. The incline and speed are inconsistent on almost every single one, no staff is seen putting back weights during business hours. The saunas again lack heat. They claim the infrared helps instead. The manager is so petty and pathetic. She revoked my membership all because another member complained that I was using the machine for over an hour. Which was not true. The manager is very one sided and isn't impartial. I don't recommend this gym. The workers and managers there are egocentric and think they're all that because of the title of being a manager. Worst gym ever don't spend your money there. The people that go there are so petty and rude.

Gym is small, equipment is old and not very well maintained, and it's always packed unless you go at at opening time. Not a fan there's better gyms out there thought I would give it a try..mostly disappointed the staff is friendly though and restrooms are clean

The facility has a variety of machines and ellipticals and treadmills. But there's a lot of machines that don't work it's always packed with a bunch of Edgar's that are sitting on machines chatting among each other and not working out. The women's locker room "restroom" is filthy always. They don't ever have toilet covers or toilet paper. They also don't have fruit to make smoothies You ask for ice from the juice bar and they say they can't give out ice come on really they have a ice machine.
