When is the third sauna gonna be fixed it's been months now and now I have to wait even longer for one of the other two saunas to get in

It's really annoying that it's 10:52 and they start dimming I lights when they close at 12. I have terrible eye sight and this makes it hard for me to see. When I got here the front desk lights were completely off. This is a hazard and doesn't make me feel welcome like they say they strive for. The positive thing about this place is the extra squat rack room but even then my friends and I have had problems with the guy coming in and turning off the light while there was still 30 min until 11pm when they close that room. Been a member for 3 years and have witnessed a major decline of this gym. Equipment all over gets broken and takes forever to repair/ replace. Steam room sauna and pool is randomly closed making the premium membership worthless. And the worst part ? Overcrowded. I can't remember the last time I came here AND HAD A decent workout because all the machines have lines to them. During covid times they used to have a reservation system to control the crowd, now would be a good time to bring that back. definitely cancelling soon un... read more

This gym is cool for a younger crowd, it gets super packed, and to top it off they made a nice weight lifting room but only upgraded members can get in?!? That's bullcaca

Been a member for about 3 years now. Not one to write reviews, but there's a worker who always has an attitude when I need assistance in the front desk. Couldn't get his name tag but seemed to be some type of manager. Had this experience with him multiple times. Very unprofessional of him, when people go to the gym to better themselves.

I have been a member for 2 years. I felt secured and safe using there lockers inside the women's locker. Just this week my bag was stolen. The lock was opened up and they took my wallet. They went through my bag in the restroom and left with my wallet. They attempted to use my cards to purchase at nearby stores. I dont recommend using the lockers inside the restrooms as there's no cameras and people can't be trusted. I love coming to Cudahy chuze fitness for the team training classes because I need someone to push and motivate me. I dont like going to the gym and working out on my own. Just yesterday in class, we were told they will no longer be offering classes. Instead, they're going to convert that room into a weights area, which they already have, WTF.
