Honestly I like the gym, but I don't understand why they have the fan on full blast where the cardio machines are in, at 5 am in the morning. It's freakin cold outside and to come in and the gym be cold as hell.
Management really needs a kick in the butt at this gym. I was excited to hear that a new chuze had opened up and closer to home. When I got there I was shocked at how this place is maintained. Sanitation issues: Chuze is KNOWN to be a very clean gym. This was very dirty, the saunas I was actually afraid to get in because I could see the dirt and sweat piled up and causing the wood to disintegrate. THIS IS A NEW LOCATION! This is not wear and tear type of stuff. The corners near the hand dryers were growing mold. Equipmen... read more
Today I worked out at this location for the first time.. In comparison to many other Chuze Fitness locations this is definitely the worst. Free weights area is disorganized, and cable machines are missing parts. What I was most surprised in is how unclean this gym is from the workout area to the saunas.. because Chuze is usually bragged as the most clean gym which is what I loved most about Chuze in general, but this location definitely need some improvements
I fucken love this gym but I just wish it was closer to my house all the gyms around HP sucks why can we have one here !!! I love it love it love it everything I love it love it love it
I go to Chuze in Cypress and at times in Garden Grove and Anaheim. This is the worst one. One of the chest presses was extremely squeeky, the treadmill I ran on was sticky on my shoes, the dip/pull up assist weight selector is broken and the cinema is so hot it's comparable to a sauna Please maintain these machines :(

I had to do a new review. I use to love this gym but the customer service with a specific staff member makes it uncomfortable. I won't mention any names as I come to this gym everyday. She already looks at me like I'm unwelcome So here's the situation I'm always on the go. So the 30 minute cardio is perfect for me. Chuze is lacking in monitoring that area. People jump on the machines and do not follow the 45 seconds and go. They stay there longer as if it's a regular unlimited machine. It makes the experience not worth it.... read more
