Been going to Chuze for a while, however it sucks that they're doing 1hr reservations a day. Even with the new rules they somehow keep their prices the same. If you're gonna cut it down to an hour, then you should also cut down those prices.

I was really looking forward to the experience of an outdoor gym. The gym staff works hard and the equipment is maintained as clean as possible. Awesome gym overall. I was on the brink of switching to this gym permanently even after the pandemic. With that being said, I just want to get something off my chest. It's hard to go to a gym and try to put in a workout when people are saving machines for their friends and in between sets, they just stand there laughing and taking selfies. They are thieves in this gym. I'm supposed to call to cancel my membership because I'm pregnant and I can't go to the gym right now and they had already charged my card on the 30th, so they told me they were going to take it and they weren't going to charge more. now I see that they kept charging me. very bad customer service.

I visited the facility a few days after their reopening to ask about a membership. In my short time there I noticed that the members exercising outside were not wearing masks! And meanwhile, all of the employees appeared to be indoors. I don't feel comfortable going to this gym knowing that Chuze is not enforcing a mask policy and risking the health and safety of its customers and community!

I was excited to come back to Chuze because they pride themselves in being the cleanest gym. However, during my workout I noticed that the standards have been drastically lowered. During the entirety of my workout I realized that I didn't see any employees cleaning like I normally do. On top of that, they let people workout without masks. This place is the shit. All the staff here have exceptional people skills. Jesus is the best, he's extremely friendly and down to earth. The place is always spotless. Everyone minds their business here. Just a great environment overall. Would definitely recommend people to come here even if they're beginners. The staff will give you a helping hand if needed. My parents have been coming to this gym for a while and they finally convinced me to try it out. I heard about their free 7 day trail so I went and asked for that. I got the app and drove over and got put on a waiting list for a 7 day free pass? I sat there for about 30 min waiting to be seen by a staff member. After 30 min of waiting I left and went over to LA Fitness. I got a 7 day pass in a matter of minutes at LA Fitness. Safe to say I know what gym I'll be signing up with

Can't actually write a review for Chuze fitness. I was told I couldn't get the 7-day pass cause I supposedly had used already when I never stepped a foot inside the gym. Some guy named peter was kinda forcing me to get the membership. Can't get a membership with out a free-trial. it kinda looked like peter didn't want to help out.. bad costumer service if you ask me. Fuck chuze!
