I have been a member of this chuze fitness location since they opened their doors. I have not once had an issues, until today. In my personal life I am going thru some health issues with family members and finally was able to step in to chuze after a month. I recently upgraded, but due to unforseen circumstances I am unable to continue my upgraded membership and need to downgrade to the plan I previously had. So, I never tend to bother to read my online email unless there's a delay on an order that has not been sent and that I'm currently waiting for. It has potential but maaaan by far one of the worst Chuze fitness I've come to. Overcrowded to the point where you can't workout on certain machines because of missing weights (never go during 4-7pm). The structure of the machines is terrible. You have 4 squat racks, right behind it you'll see people staring at you using the back machines only to see two more squat racks behind them. I've been going here for a min before pandemic and currently still going But I'm thinking of cancelling because their bathrooms and showers are disgusting and smell like it's growing mold. To be honest I don't really know much about that situation so I took some photos and I want you to decide

I really wish they made this gym 24 hours A lot of people work during the day and dont get off til 9-10 by the time they wanna work out is closed I think i will be cancelling my membership soon.

I love this gym I use to come with my husband before COVID and during COVID when It was outside. But it started getting ridiculously packed, so my husband made me cancel our memberships and get L.A fitness in Downey landing. I wanted to come back but seeing the reviews I realized it's still packed. I suggest that they go back to people making appointments prior to coming to the gym so we can all have a chance to workout and no have to cancel our memberships. Bought an energy drink for $3.58 and I ask for a cup of water with ice, the lady said she can't give it to me and I asked why, she said she doesn't know why but they are not suppose to. Really! A cup of water that cheap, find another gym.
