I was very disappointed today when I came in for oil change and carwash. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I told the guy in charge of the wash that I just need it vacuumed really well and just wipe down the console. That with five kids there isn’t any point in doing a super clean out. After I paid and actually had time to look at my receipt I had been charged for an express wax $24.99 and seat conditioner 10.99!!! Went in based on a recommendation from a neighbor. Unfortunately the tactics used at this shop when it comes to "mistakes" are atrocious. When you make a mistake, it's simple. It's our fault let us make it better. Instead they will say and do anything to place blame on someone else hands and excuses their "selfs" by saying they serve the community and are family owned. This is the only place we take our car to get cleaned. We just became members of their unlimited wash club. This last visit they noticed a big scratch on our car and buffed it out for a nominal cost. I didn't expect them to offer or even notice it. Thank you very much.
Went in based on a recommendation from a coworker. She told me to sign up for their "e club" to get a discount coupon for a AC Service check. Went in due to my AC temp increasing while in idle. I reported to them it blows cold but not when in idle. I let them perform the check and they had given me a quote. I said let me think about it due to it being rather expensive. Lied about pricing over the phone. Found an open sauce package after a detail. They didn't fold up seats to vacuum and shampoo under folding seats. #neveragain
Took my brand new car for a car wash yesterday, got home and immediately noticed they sprayed something that left markers all over the back seat. I took it back today and they said the oil dressing the used on the wheels must have blown in on the seats. They conditioned the entire car inside. I now have gone from matte black leather to shiny slimy wet black leather. They say it will fade and come off and I'm sure you will then see all the oil spray marks on the seats. Do NOT take your vehicle here!!!
We will not be coming back! They told my wife the CV axle (metal) on the passenger side of our car was broken and that it was not drivable. When I called later to confirm what was going on the person I spoke with said the car was drivable, but that the boot (then corrected and said axle on the phone) was broken. The boot and the axle are very different! So was it drivable; was it the boot or the axle?! I find it hard to believe the axle (metal) was broken and I have been driving it everyday for years. I've been a customer here since it opened. They did have good service but now it's gone downhill. Went for for an oil change and wash. When I arrived there were 3 cars getting dried off and none waiting for the wash. They completed my oil change quickly and then let my truck sit for 40 minutes while they took car after car in front of me through the wash. I finally had to leave with a dirty truck because they couldn't change the oil and wash it in the 1.5 hours I was there. They gave me a rain check for the wash. Useless. Wh... read more
