Cindy was very patient with me and always answered the (many!) questions I had throughout the buying process. Whenever I was confused I was always able to call or text her.
Throughout the majority of the process we didn't feel very involved or informed about what was going on and/or what we would or wouldn't qualify for. However at the end of the process we felt much more included in everything and were very pleased with the change and how we were kept completely involved and in the loop about everything.
Cindy was very available to answer any questions I had and helped many times with any confusions I had as well. She was available through texts, emails and phone calls Cindy was extremely nice and professional!! She made my experience extremely stress free!
