If I had to list all the great things, it would take me days to list them all. The process had a lot of ups and downs.. But, everyone at KB was very helpful and responsive. A lot of times it was out of our control, but Cindy and her team did everything possible to make sure to keep me updated. Cindy also took the time to explain things, so that I would understand what was going on. We jumped through many hoops, but finally made it to closing. Thank you Cindy & KBHS!

Cindy was great. There was some misinformation around possible closing dates (we were initially told 2-3 weeks, but it ended up being more than 5 weeks), but that was not her miscommunication.
