Good overall experience. Room and hotel are outdated. Felt dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. Location and food court were nice.

Dissatisfied I have a disability and when we first arrived at your hotel, we were put in Sky Tower on the top floor at the very end of the hallway. I understand the room i booked is in a certain place in the hotel, but it needs to be advertised or explained better. Or I would not have booked the room. Me and stairs dont do well. I was exhausted by the time we got to our room. I was not going to be able to handle that walk everytime for 3 days.
