I like that the staff is so pleasant and the atmosphere is family-friendly. I"ll be back. The Sky Tower and tram need to be updated and maintained better. It detracts from what is otherwise a nice property. Clean room, hotel was quiet. I stayed a night, left a night, then came back a night (business trip) and the staff was gracious to permit me to leave my car at the property while I was gone overnight. I appreciated that kindness, and will stay with Circus Circus again.

Pleasant Property is a bit rundown, the shuttle to the skytower was not working due to "weather". Though the conditions were very nice. It has a symbolic meaning for the whole property. Service minimised and starting to get rundown. Staff did tremendous efforts eventhough clearly understaffed at all stations

goed hotel op de juiste plek. resortkosten te duur voor wat je er voor krijgt niks zwembad, terwijl wel beloofd dit hotel is the place to be in Reno. genieten v d energie die overal heerst goede kamers

For most fun! We staid in the towers and had to wait in line to use the elevators several. Nice rooms.

hotel is in a great location and there is plenty of parking and places to to inside the hotel and the immediate area aro the beds weren’t that comfortable proximity to the University and Mid town
