Exceptional The hotel room was amazing
Lovely overnight stay in a Reno casino - even though we don't gamble- worth a stay. Check in took a while as there was a bit of a queue, but the staff manning the desk were very friendly and helpful. There were no room trolleys for guests, should you wish to take your own possessions from your car to your room and not use the bellboys. The TV in our room worked well but did not have much free movie choices- more choice would be better. staff was amazing and the manager let me and my husband stay even though we weren’t 21+ when I booked the room, they didn’t specify you had to have someone 21+ because of the casino. it was really comfortable, had a nice vibe.

Very Good Long wait to check in. The mattress was too hard a very lumpy. Not enough blankets. Room was nice.
