nice hotel, very clean and conveniently located resort fee added quite a bit to the bill, when we went to check in they said we could use the kiosks but they didn't work...and it seemed like everyone who tried to use the kiosks couldn't get them to work. Also, we were told to use the Shuttle to the tower but it wasn't working either, so we had to haul our suitcases up and down the stairs in the skybridge to get to the tower. room, it was clean and nice, convenient location that was close to everything we were doing.

Nice hotel but unqualified staff. The front desk messed up our check-in several times. First they charged us to get into the tower close to the reception. Then they gave us the wrong room number so that the door won’t open. Then they reprogrammed the key and we got into a room that was already occupied. Next step was to put us in a room in a different tower far away fro the rest of the group and we had to carry our luggage there. nice location but lost a lot to find elevator and card a mess. to far to room. card only work about 1/2 of the time. done downtown
