Nice stay, but you get what you pay for The front desk team tries to encourage customers to use the kiosk to check in and out, but when the reservation is through a third-party site, it doesn't always find the reservation. The shuttle to the sky tower was not in service due to weather, so we had to walk all the way from the front desk to the sky tower, which was not a short walk. Good Checking in and out.was the worst experience possible. Even though you prebook and enter confirmation information you still are directed to see desk staff. Check out was no better. There were 2 hosts and a manager. Dropping your key in the drop box and leaving wasn't as easy as said. Instead of having 2 separate lines for in and out services it was a hodge podge of guests confused on where to go and what to do. Good The only thing we didn't like was the long walk to our room. We stayed in the sky tower and the shuttle was broke the entire time we were there. The hotel was great, bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.
