Good location, but feels tired and grubby It was dirty and smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. Our rooms air con unit was unbearably loud. There was ‘used’ chew g gum on the floor in our bathroom. The location was great and free parking linked to the hotel was a real bonus.

Very Poor They put us in sky tower with no elevators . We are in our 60s and had to carry luggage up several steps. They had no table games for my husband. Clean room.

It was more a 100-night hotel value. Stayed at GSR before this location. So, the building seemed dated. Carpet was dirty. Value of room was ok nothing special just a basic room. We found ourselves going down the row to do things. Our hotel had kids running and screaming. The location was great
I will never stay here again The lady who checked us in was very rude and sarcastic!! There was no a/c in some parts of the hotel!! It was a looong walk to our room!! Our room was never cleaned!! Dirty towels were on the floor!! There was food on the floor!! Garbages were overflowing!! The toilet was broken and filled with urine Lots of food options
Worst hotel stay I’ve experienced. So gross We had to move rooms twice, first room was disgusting. Nothing was clean. Weird stains every where and I mean like bodily fluid stains. Second room seemed great. But the lights didn’t work and the shower curtain looked like it was pissed on by someone… again gross. Third room was the charm, actually clean. I will say the day staff was helpful about the rooms but it still sucks to move all your stuff around 3 times. The night staff on other hand is useless. All I needed was a fork. ... read more
