Lousy Bed uncomfortable. Parking garage a horrible nightmare. So noisy even on 18th floor. Also gave me wrong room. I was supposed to have king and got 2 queens. The skytower area rooms are a pain in the A@#$% to get to and from. Frigging mile hike Never again

It was mediocre. The check in clerk wasn’t friendly. The room was ok. Bed was uncomfortable. The location was great. Close to the baseball field to walk

Not worth the cost at all. Cheap motel at hotel prices. Dragging luggage up and down multiple stairs from checkout to the other building was cumbersome and no one said anything about it during check-in or in any emails. The "resort" charges for an in room coffee maker is ridiculous, the cost of the "resort" fees was higher than the listing, and the listing had a pool noted at this location and there was no pool and no reciprocal access at another property. Disappointing
needed a place to stay last minute due to family emergency. some areas were dirty. seems like a daycare under age teenagers running around playing football at sky tower. being very loud. hardly any staff around. Confusing when it came to the lobby alongwith directions to getting to sky tower area. smell like marijuana. great location..
Bad I reserved a King Mountain View Room and handicap and got a 2 bed Queen with no handicap access That it was cheaper than Silver Legacy for the Dwight Yoakam concert
