Bad I reserved a King Mountain View Room and handicap and got a 2 bed Queen with no handicap access That it was cheaper than Silver Legacy for the Dwight Yoakam concert
Worst experience on our trip Carpet had a moldy odor in the hallway and elevator. Because we booked through Booking. com we were sent to the tower across the street. Directions were extremely poor, lacking signage at key decision points. Booking.com should remove this property from listings. Poor directions: On arrival we parked in one of two parking garages but didn’t know there were two. The directions given at the desk were for the other garage. Poor It is impossible to find anything there Including my room. Everyone seemed Lost. Location ok but if you park in Parking lot, make sure you remember where It is. Took me 45 minutes to find where I Could have breakfast there and it was Way overpriced so I left. Comfortable clean room

Ok for a one night stay with the kids as far as Reno goes. Lack of class Arcade
It was overall and okay hotel stay for one night. Kind of dirty, outdated A lot of things to do for adults and kids
Very Poor The crowd was ghetto... Long lines to get on the elevator... My hall had 6 security people telling people they had to calm the partying down. The people did not. Went on all Night. The bars rolled out metal detectors for patrons to enter at about 10 pm. I was shocked on how ..bad the customer clientele was. The room was modern ...
Fair No map of property. No information about restaurants or kids area. No information regarding parking. No information regarding connected hotels. No hours of operation for what's actually in hotel. Won't return Room was nice and large
