Disappointing My room ( suite) was really out dated and not really clean .
Celebrate graduation. Room need upgrades. Resort fee charged for free parking, coffee maker and coffee, and fitness room. Did not use parking, hate coffee, did not use fitness center. Only one Cafe open earlier. Liked location it was walking distance to beautiful trails on river walk and many great restaurants and close to URN.
Bad Everything had to walk a country mile just to get to the room or anywhere in the building. Up stairs downstairs. The restaurants closed. Bar closed no cocktail waitress. To get a players card. Guess what walk another half mile. Couldn't even cash in my ticket at the kiosk for winning $149 guess what all of the cashiers were closed and I had to walk another half a mile to cash it in across the street... No one to help.... I will never return. Nothing

Average accommodation, staff at reception and Millie’s restaurant did not seem interested. If you are going to put people in the Sky Tower I suggest you give better instructions on how to get there and warn them there are 2 sets of stairs they will need to carry their luggage up and down. Also customer service not what you would expect from a Caesar’s resort.

Very Poor Definitely not worth the money with how much they charge for resort fees. The arcade wasn't open at all and everything closes super early considering it's Nevada and in a casino. The room was outdated and the carpet was saturated with water on the side of the bed from the shower being on the other side. Only thing good was the steamer in the shower.
