Disappointing Todo Nada
Staff members needs to be retrained because the rim around the toilet was moldy. That is bad. Check in time was 3pm. I arrived after 2pm, and was told if I wanted to check in before 3 I had to pay $20. I found that ridiculous. At 3 pm the line was very long, and all those who were waiting in line talked about the greediness of charging an extra $20 to get into the room a bit earlier. Confirmations mean nothing & staff is rude Multiple staff members were rude. I had a confirmed reservation for a room with a single king bed and not only did I not get that I wasn't even told when I checked in that there were not any available and I would be given 2 smaller beds instead despite that being what I booked for and had confirmed in an email. Great value for downtown Noisy. Good value. Good location. NOISY.
If you’re looking for a hotel, that’s loud and noisy Circus Circus is the one for you The hotel was not handicapped accessible, unless you had security guards with you to open the elevators But the worst of all was the hotel itself. Very loud, I could hear outside noise and motorcycles, revving their engines in the parking garage, as well as Car alarms going off.. Not a relaxing stay. Location
