They were out of my reserved king bed. Had to upgrade to get king bed Out of water in machines on floor! Nothing
Old, tired and dirty. Needs to be renovated The "resort" fee was not clear at time of booking. Hotel was old and dirty.
We will not stay here again. We did the self check in. We got a ticket printed with our room number. We got onto the first elevators we could find, we up to what we thought our floor was for room 1580. Come to find out we were in the sky tower. We had to walk a very long way while carrying our bags with no direction from staff. They need to have signs or someone standing at the kiosk to give directions and help to guests. It’s apart of the row. It has the arcades for the kids.
Not pleasant The noise from the room next door was loud and continued till after 3am they continued talking arguing very loudly. The carpet in the room was quite wet in some areas
I would come here if you’re looking for a good price and decent place to stay but if you’re looking for more than just t Half of the arcades being closed off till later was kinda a bummer and the staff is okaii but could be nicer and a bit more helpful. The location is nice and convenient.

Room smells and hot and stuffy air didn’t work properly. The beds were uncomfortable dud not sleep well Air conditioning didn’t work and beds were uncomfortable Good location
Not a place to revisit Reno is dirty and doesn’t feel safe, with little but gambling. An Italian Festival was advertised - which took us there- and was on streets by the hotel. There was little that was Italian, however. Most was “trinkets and trash” - crafts of low quality available at any weekend market anywhere… very disappointing. Location was central
Fair Old rooms. Dusty floors. AC not working. It’s at The Row. Always plenty of free parking spots.
