It’s ok no big deal I had to pay for check in early..the rooms are ready and the hotel prefers to charge to customers instead of let them check in early at no charge. Ubicación
Fair They don’t clean the room
Stayed here 3 times in 6 mos, won’t do it again Housekeeping was still in our room upon arrival at 4:30 and she couldn’t speak English so that was a struggle. The room was still dirty even after we left her to finish uninterrupted. Thermostat wasn’t working as it should so it was hot as balls Location is always nice.
Awful Everything never ever ever again . NO CUSTOMER SERVICD E Shower head the rest of the hotel is awful Really gone downhill every year no investment not that cheap. I will never stay and bring friends there again ever. No sins explaining the miles walk to sky tower no assistance no workers no signs cheap bare minimum . Old dirty casino is ghetto. Disgusting and unpleasant .to cheap to do anything anymore there. I used to like it

Poor The hotel rooms weren’t really clean. Bed was torn, desk and platforms were dirty.
Probably will not ever stay at Circus Circus again Problems with the escalators, not working, and quit working in the middle of being on one and the signage for where the front desk was to check in. Also the parking lot or not marked very well either. Convenient to things that you wanted to do
