We didn’t get to stay They lost my reservation. Claimed booking cancelled it, called booking they said my reservation was still active. No one could help me left me and my kids looking for a place to stay at 7 pm at night It’s a great location
Fine The elevator broke It’s fine when there’s no where else to stay
Comfortable room, but way overpriced for the location and level of service. Resort fee of $36/day offered little to no value, 50% of the weights equipment in exercise room was out of service, and I didn't use the in room Keurig - no milk, no cups, so what's is the point? I was overcharged compared to what my booking had said the full price would be. Directions to the skytower were not very clear from the main check in and for the most part the building felt "forgotten". There were no clearly indicated elevators at either end... read more
Disappointing
My original Reservation was not honored. I had to accept a 60 dollar price hike to get a king size bed. Just terrible
Always get the tower far away, and have to take scooter out and around to get to room No food option More food options
Never staying there again Far walk to everything. We got a noise complaint from our rude neighbor. He kicked our door at 11:30pm, when our kids were winding down from being down stairs at the arcade that closes at 11pm. He said obscene and vulgar comments all of which were un called for. He could have had the front desk give us a call instead of kicking our door. I will never stay at Circus circus again The smell of stale smoke even though I’m in a non smoking room. The carpets were filthy. When is the last time they were steam cleaned? My husband is in a wheel chair and it was not easy getting around. Absolutely nothing
Average Staff at bars and casino not friendly. Booked a king, got 2 doubles. Room not very clean..dirty bandaid on floor, pillow slips stained. Alisa at reception good. Walkable from train station. Shuttle to airport.
