It was okay, I wouldn’t stay in the sky tower again. We didn’t have hot water for 12hours, no AC in the sky tower walkway, there was a long line, 1/4 mile long, just to get into the elevators that take you up to your room, shuttle wasn’t working, if you have a stroller you have to push it up the stairs to get to elevators that take you to the rooms or use handicap lift, room wasn’t fully clean toilet paper was left on the floor and other debris, key card didn’t work so we had to get a new set of key cards while waiting with ... read more
Very disappointed and I paid extra for an upgrade. Hate to see what the rooms are like without an The room smelled stale and so did the bedding. It was very obvious the bedding hadn't been washed recently. Carpet smelled like stale cigs and feet. Just the location. Staff was rude and it was overpriced for drinks. Staff looked very unhappy and behaved that way!

Stay was terrible!!! No hot water, loud neighbor that left food in front of our door. Didn’t like that we didn’t have hot water in the morning to bath. Didn’t like the neighbors that were beating on the door at 1:30am, 2:00am when the security finally removed the guy sleeping in front of the door he was beating on and 3:30am when another guy started knocking on the door. Very Poor Was not told no shuttle am disabled had to walk stairs barely made it elavater was sp packed too 40 mi utes to be able to get on missed the show i went for was very upset
Fair The fact that I was confirmed for a king bed room, yet they told me because we booked with Booking that my confirmation reservation was worthless. Trams were not working, staff gave us conflicting directions to our room. Was not given a lower room rate, even though we were downgraded. The proximity to the events we wanted to see.
