Could never recommend this property to friends the room smelled like cigarettes. The street and AC was very noisy. I had to upgrade to a room in the main tower because the sky tower is totally inaccesible for a person with heavy bags. I can’t imagine that tower is ADA compliant. No elevator or ramp access without going VERY far out of the way. The decor is dark and dingy looking even in the new main tower. The room was large.
Bad The floor was dirty, the ceiling has gross substance on it. There was no water bottles in the room. The shower head was broken. The air conditioner worked really well and house keepers were super sweet

Overall we had fun on our trip, but the HUGE bill and no understand from anyone there sucked. Many things felt very overpriced, especially the food (food court was fair however). We had our car vandalized (Catalytic Converter was stolen) and the hotel / staff / police did nothing. The repair shop gouged us knowing we were out of time and town. It was a clean room, just not "luxurious" as it was presented to be. It was not as nice as I anticipated it to be. It really bothers me that there was absolutely no "room service" that could be offered/obtained. The they utilize a AI type system for providing information about this facility and it literally was sassy and unhelpful. It had a nice view and the room was clean and tidy.
HOT No air conditioning in most areas and no Ice in the machines . Found a few slot machines I enjoyed playing
