Dirty bed sheets and ripped bed Cleanliness, bedding was dirty and under door space was horrible , you could see the outside light come in Location of tower
Not good The entire hotel was dirty and hot. Our keys to our rooms kept not working, we got locked out of our room, it took forever for staff to help us. The location was the only good part

It was a bit disappointing Disappointed I had to walk through a hot hallway and up so many stairs to get to my room. Also had to wait in such long line for the elevator.The air conditioning in the room was so noisy. I feel like I over payed. I
It's not worth the money. Parking! The elevators for the parking garage and for the rooms didn't work. They had to get a security guard to come and help with using the elevators. There are long lines for the elevator to the rooms because it is not working properly. One of the outlets in the bathroom didn't work. I thought it was the hair blower, but it was the whole outlet. The staff was pleasant.

The room was ok, except for the noise from next room, for the 2 nights we could not sleep with the n I wanted a king and got 2 queens The room was clean

Fair I didn't like how long of a walk it is to get to and from the towers. It was hot and there was no A/C. I didn't even see security in that area. I like that the room had blackout shades.
