Fair Hotel needs lots of upgrades Food good
Comfortable bed and room was clean, however getting to the room was stressful and an inconvenience. The staff at the front desk/lobby as well as the associate on the phone were unable to provide correct information/instructions on how to get to our room. This was frustrating. No clue of definition of customer service or hospitality. The bed and the actual room was clean and comfortable.

Not good The entire hotel was dirty and hot. Our keys to our rooms kept not working, we got locked out of our room, it took forever for staff to help us. The location was the only good part
Disappointing No muy bien Más o menos
It was a bit disappointing Disappointed I had to walk through a hot hallway and up so many stairs to get to my room. Also had to wait in such long line for the elevator.The air conditioning in the room was so noisy. I feel like I over payed. I
It's not worth the money. Parking! The elevators for the parking garage and for the rooms didn't work. They had to get a security guard to come and help with using the elevators. There are long lines for the elevator to the rooms because it is not working properly. One of the outlets in the bathroom didn't work. I thought it was the hair blower, but it was the whole outlet. The staff was pleasant.
