Bad Smoke in the hotel, valet parking very delayed, convenience of food Cleaning staff and registration desk were friendly
Won’t stay again The trip started out with a negative. After landing at the airport we waited for over an hour for the hotel shuttle which never showed up. We took a taxi to get to the hotel. The hotel staff was not apologetic at all for the missing shuttle and didn’t even know how often it’s supposed to be at the airport. DO NOT STAY ON A LOWER FLOOR. no fue como en Las Vegas El cuarto k me toco no cerraba y tuvo que ir mi esposo a resection a decirle y nos cambiaron de cuarto dijo la mujer que en el mismo piso pero diferente cuarto y fue mi esposo a buscar y no abría la tarjeta volvió a ir a decir les y por fin le dieron el cuarto y la tarjeta correcta y en la regadera no tenía cortinas El personal muy amable

I'd rather stay at a Best Western This place is kind of rundown for such a big name like I expect a little more of the place you know not be worse than staying at the Best Western Basically nothing everything to eat was closed and it was a long walk to the few things that were open and the restaurants would not seat us forever and then they took forever to get us our food
It was a place to rest our heads on our trip. It felt outdated and Every Where (including room) stunk from cigarette smoke. The carnival area was fun
