Ok Room dirty Water didn’t go down when taking a shower. Saw cockroaches. Very disgusting
Ok The trolley was unavailable for use when I was there. It was difficult because we had a baby and our suitcases. Very difficult. The room was spacious and the staff was attentive.

Fair Room felt run down, carpet looked old and worn out. The tower smelt of stale tobacco smoke and disinfectant making a unpleasant mixed smell. We had asked for a king size bed, got 2 queen beds. Room was cold at night as the thermostat has a motion sensor, and reduces the temperature if there's no motion, which would happen if you are sleeping. Location in mid Reno city. Shower had really high pressure, plenty of hot water.

Needles to say I wont stay there again. I stayed there before and it was a good stay but this time was not. front desk service horrible. no one in line but us and we sat there for a while waiting to be checked in. staff didn’t even acknowledge us. after awhile we checked in by a Dora, who was rude and not helpful at all. We had a hard time finding our room. We walked a long time because shuttle was not working. hard to carry luggage thru stairs. Sharing this experience on Yelp and Google as well...poor. Circus Circus could have done better! The incredible stench on the casino floor. I spoke with a maintenance worker who stated there was an issue with the women's restroom. The sewer smell was horrible. There was no communication shared regarding this issue. Secondly, the bathtub did not drain very well. It was clogged up. Thirdly, several staff members wreaked of marijuana. Extra toothbrushes, pillows and towels were provided.
