It was a good letting experience with CityZen. The team was very helpful, right from Simon showing us the flat and with property managers and their other colleagues Danny, Misha, Jesse, and Anil. I would recommend their service.

We are satisfied with the overall experience. One thing that could be improved is to provide the new tenants with the list of all utility bills that they are supposed to pay and show all the relevant meters in the apartment.
