Only rated 1 because thereās no way to rate 0, I would never advise anyone to make the mistake of renting a property with cityzen, firstly move in could not be any worse because little to no cleaning was done. Had to put up with damaged properties when moving in, complained about it but nothing was done and at the end of the tenancy they tried to put that on me. Worse, they did any and everything to keep my deposit for themselves and make sure it was never returned and even when I called, calls were very unprofessional sayi...Ā read more

I was sitting in the office while Peter was trying to help you and you were rude and unwilling to accept his offer of help, you left earlier than the contracted tenancy date and owe rent! You broke a piece of furniture and did not tell us till the day you vacated. Despite being given the property after a professional clean you vacated the apartment leaving it dirty and requiring a clean so yes we are charging you for a clean!
