Only rated 1 because there’s no way to rate 0, I would never advise anyone to make the mistake of renting a property with cityzen, firstly move in could not be any worse because little to no cleaning was done. Had to put up with damaged properties when moving in, complained about it but nothing was done and at the end of the tenancy they tried to put that on me.
