I’ve been a tenant with Citizen Estate for less than two months, and I have to say Deshauna has been absolutely brilliant! From day one, she’s been incredibly responsive and helpful with all my requests, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and friendly approach really stand out, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about providing great service. Overall, the experience was fairly smooth with Cityzen with a few things to note. I worked with Danny mostly and he was very attentive, always replying quickly. I just had a few notes that could have made my stay better. First, when I first moved in, as someone who was moving from abroad, I was quite confused about the utilities - I think more guidance would have been much more helpful (for both local and international tenants) to know the state of the utilities. Danny was the most helpful agent I had. He is extremely responsive, even on the weekends. He comes up with efficient solutions and is nice.
