CItyzen are very professional , as soon as we have any queries they get back to us within hours and when we need callouts they mostly send someone the next working day,.

As far as estate agents go CityZEN was really good - they were very responsive, and also very fair and helpful during our end of tenancy.
Over the past 20 years Cityzen has found excellent tenants for our London E1 flat. Also if any issues have arisen they have dealt with them quickly and efficiently.
Our Property Manager, Danny, responded to our problem quickly, discussed the issue with the Landlord, mobilised a contractor very efficiently - some of that clearly done outside of working hours, which was greatly appreciated by us, because the problem was urgent and annoying.
