Cityzen has been helping us manage our property since almost two years now and Shikeera is our manager ever since. Zero concerns, zero issues. They found us very good tenants - you know that a genuine effort went in it. The team is always available, very prompt in their responses. Shikeera has been very proactive on all the aspects and ofcourse very patient with all the requests. We had an emergency issue recently at the property and she got it sorted within the same day. Very efficient!

Overall, the experience was fairly smooth with Cityzen with a few things to note. I worked with Danny mostly and he was very attentive, always replying quickly. I just had a few notes that could have made my stay better. First, when I first moved in, as someone who was moving from abroad, I was quite confused about the utilities - I think more guidance would have been much more helpful (for both local and international tenants) to know the state of the utilities. Danny was the most helpful agent I had. He is extremely responsive, even on the weekends. He comes up with efficient solutions and is nice.
