Requires very hands on follow up as owner, no photos after repairing if you don’t send multiple email to ask for photos. The online system is quite old, although leaving a message work but no ticket or track numbers.

CJ is amazing! I have been renting for 2 year and have nothing but great things to say about them!!! I had 1 issue and they where at my house within a hour to fix the issue!! Keep up the great work there CJ team!
