We have had our house sprayed with Clark for a few year, they purchased our contract from a previous pest company. They have raised their prices without notification 3 times now. The first 2 increases were $5 each this time they jump $25. This is unprofessional.
I was driving behind one of their service trucks and the driver never signaled when changing lanes and ran several red lights in Laguna Hills. If they cannot obey traffic laws can I trust them them to do a good job for me and obey obey whatever pest control code there is?

I received a coupon in the mail last week for Clark Pest Control. It said "First visit $50". I called 7/15 and was told it would cost $110 every other month for service and to show the coupon to the technician. I made an appointment for the following day and the technician showed up this morning. When I gave him the coupon, he said the first visit would be $160-$50, for a net cost of $110. Today I called around to various termite and fumigation companies looking for pricing to treat a piece of furniture that is showing signs of having wood boring pests. Most of the companies I reached out to either said they didn't offer the service or quoted $800 plus for fumigation since it was not within their normal scope of work. Clark Pest Control was in our neighborhood yesterday, marketing their products. The representative knocked on our door (by the way, no mask). I answered the door, saw he was a solicitor, and politely said "no thank you." He kept talking, "Are you sure? Your neighbors are all very interested." Again, I said, "no thank you." Never on time to appointments. other than that they are just an average pest control service. customer service not apologetic and doesnt care either about clients time. Other reviews about punctuality is actually true and not surprising. Must Avoid.
I have been using Clark Pest Control for over a year after my previous pest control company was bought out by them. They serviced my home as well as my business. My experiences with Clark have been terrible at best. Every technician that I've ever seen wearing a Clark shirt has been arrogant and unhelpful. I did not choose Clark, but my account was transferred when the small local pest control company (Sentinel) I was with closed for retirement. I was a very satisfied customer of Sentinel for some time. They kept our property bug-free and had outstanding customer service and respectful techs. The transition to Clark was seamless and they said they use the exact same product as Sentinel and my price stayed the same so I figured everything would be stable.
