I appreciate the advance notice of treatment dates, the discreet way technicians go about their work (not unnecessarily ringing the doorbell, not bothering tenants) and the care taken to avoid harm to pets.
Always respond to concerns. Never refuse concerns even when not scheduled.
Our technician, Drew, calls usually a few days ahead of time and lets us know when he will be coming so we can leave our gate unlocked for him, in case we are not going to be at home. He always leaves a contact number so that if the day is not convenient, we can reschedule. Much appreciated.
Rude Office Staff
Termite inspection done on 8/9/2017. Today is 8/20 and we never received a report which was supposed to be sent via email no later than 8/16. We are regular Clark customers.
We had a termite inspection on August 9th and were told we'd get a report via email by 8/16. It is now 8/20 and we never got a report or heard from the company.
What are you asking about? Monthly service is adequate, but services s/b able to spot problem areas better, specifically fly infestations on certain plants and leaf covered areas. If it's about the follow up to pest inspection (which apparently also included dry rot) the cost for inspection was reasonable (after regular customer discount), but the follow-up work was exceedingly costly for what was delivered. I would never again use such services from Clark!
I'm never home when the Clark guy comes but I have had no trouble with spiders etc. and we've had no cobwebs.
