I have had Clark for many years and have been through many techs. Dan Smith is the last tech I had and I was a bit concerned about his attitude. Some visits he was very welcoming and actually interested in my trouble spots with spiders but ever since I saw through my window him relieving himself in a shrub on the side of my house I was having second thoughts on what to do. Clark should stop collecting the extra dollar. I just sent in a full explanation and then the screen went blank. Enough time wasted.

Usually a three to four... been customer for two years.....We still get service as promised, however; last week, We were in between service and i noticed spiders, spider eggs and wasps in the eves. girl on phone said, "Well, you are due for service next week. so i will move that appt up." So, even tho i called in between service, she managed to make it a $91 service call. That is not what i signed up for. I could give a S$$$$ if my service is monthly and you charge me again by " moving my day up" to meet your monthly..... read more

In my opinion Clark is overcharging customers. Just to come every 2 month and do some spraying and charging for that $89 every time, I think is too much. I believe our contract will end in November, therefore we will not renew the contract for another year with Clark. thank you.

Having seen, or been informed of, no evidence of rodent, termite or other pest activity, I assume that your control measures have been, and continue to be, effective. Your staff is always pleasant to say hello to.

Can you tell me if use any chemicals that would kill bee's or drive them away. We have seen fewer honey bee's as in the past also fewer butterflies. Just wondering. We have had wasp problems in the back yard but not as much in recent months so whatever you are using for those seems to be working..

1700 Dutton tenant complained about mice; technician went out last week, I think, but nobody has called me to tell me what was done. I pay $100 a month to Clark; what do they do? I just scheduled 1704 Dutton for bugs ... what does Clark do each month to keep bugs and mice away ? thanks,

Not happy at all....still having spiders and ants, and what made it worse was this past week, what I have looked up on the Internet to check out are winged termites, as well as, larvae in my upstairs master bedroom bath. Thank God that's the only place I've seen them. My next door neighbor in an effort to conserve water has torn up her entire front and back yard, so hopefully that's what's triggered the subterranian termites, coincidentally within the same time frame of seeing these pests for the first time.
