Service was never effective. We had ongoing problems with spiders both outside and inside the house. The last straw was we had an infestation of midge bugs this spring and we were told there was nothing they could do to help remedy that problem.
You don’t let me know when you are coming to spray anymore!! I Have yo know. I have a handicap husband and I need to be here to let you in the back. So if you sprayed you never get the backyard unless someone is home! So when are you coming? I haven’t seen you yet. Not happy
15% price jump might just make me cancel and do it myself.
In Oct. 2017 our house was infested with mice and rats. Kasey Scott implemented a rodent exclusion solution. At the same time Mathiew Rudd started a bimonthly general pest control that is still going on. We no longer have the problem. Thank you for getting rid of our problem.

We had rats under our house, we needed to get the heating ducts patched and some outside holes that they (rats) were coming in from. When the service guy was here it took him less than 45 minutes and he said he was done. All of this plus your service person said someone will be here once a week for 5 weeks to check the traps. No one never called to set up a time and date so I would go out and come home to see a note saying "sorry we missed you". I never knew when they where coming. We have ants still. I told you this last month and was told someone would call. I ended up calling you and was told someone would return my call. Still waiting...4 weeks and counting.

Keep raising prices. Requested a rat control visit; never showed up. Requested my termite inspection; never showed up. Still seeing spiders inside house.
