I'VE BEEN SEEING DEAD BUGS IN THE GARAGE SO THE TREATMENTS MUST BE WORKING
We had a new problem that we thought was insects but it was a mouse. Our provider set traps and we caught a mouse that evening. No further problem. He also sprayed the garage again for spiders. This appears to be an ongoing issue that will have to be addressed on future visits. The flour moths are almost gone. A rare moth siting and no new infestation of food.
My rodent problem is now non gone,
Paid them 2,000 dollars for bed bugs. I asked them if I needed to put the clothes that are in the dressers in big garbage bags they said no they would take care of it. The day they came in all of the clothes were thrown in the room nothing was folded anymore they were all over the floor the tech was rude I came back in when it was time they broke my book shelf they broke my plug in for my computer. Everything was I will never use them again
Not sure which service you are referring to since my next scheduled service is on Oct 9 (according to online). I would like better communication about when services are scheduled. I only know about Oct 9 because I went online to pay a bill. Perhaps a text alert in the future? Thank you, Tamara Moon
I rarely, if ever write reviews, but I must in this case. Clark's has been servicing my home for 2 years. I hired them to take care of a rodent problem in my basement. I found out a few months ago that it's been over a year since the technician has actually checked the traps in my basement!! This was what I originally hired them for and due to the frequent change over in staff and a supposed computer upgrade that lost the notes on my account, my basement has not been checked and I now have a rodent problem again! Had Clarks for years but the last several months we have had nothing but problems with our new tech and lots of spiders :( now just a waste of money and getting new service!!
UPDATE: And now a week after service my front yard is covered in ants. Why use a service that gives "free resprays" if they never slow down or get rid of the problems. I think they spray with sugar water and wait by the phone for you to upgrade your service. Have had their bi-monthly service for about 2 years yet seems like I always have to call them back in between spray's. Things were ok until now. We had another company . . . never realized what a poor job they were doing until we switched to Clark . . . More expensive but far better bug control.
